Responsible

Receive complaints from customers through the sales department. Follow up and resolve customer complaints immediately.
Check the use of measuring tools. and testing machines for inspection, quality control, and production in each process.
Analyze and collect data on causes of work breakdowns each month for statistical analysis. Ready to find systematic solutions.
Summary of monthly quality inspection and control results presented to management.
Create a quality management system according to ISO9001:2015 standards.

Graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree. Field of study: Electrical Power Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Industrial Engineering
Have experience in inspection and quality control in industrial plants for at least 1-3 years.
Able to use measuring instruments and testing machines related to quality inspection very well.
Have sufficient knowledge of English.
Have good knowledge in using computer programs including Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint).
Able to work well under pressure.
